Shulamit Cenker is a fourth year Rabbinical student at the Hebrew Seminary of the Deaf in Skokie, and is on her fourth career. Previously she’s worked in the mental health field, sales, real estate, and insurance.   Shulamit is interested in the omission of named women in Jewish texts, who for the most part are the action figures, decisors in many cases. Shulamit is happy to be a first time presenter at Limmud Chicago.
